Camp Fair Exhibitor Spotlight: Trail Blazers

Since its inception in 1887, Trail Blazers has established itself as a sanctuary where nature nurtures personal growth, fostering a deep, enduring connection between young individuals and the great outdoors. With a storied history and a commitment to holistic development, Trail Blazers offers a unique blend of programs that not only entertain but also educate. The Farmstead Overnight Camp, aimed at children in grades 3-6 and in partnership with Stony Creek Farmstead, is an immersive experience that brings the farm-to-fork journey to life. Participants delve into the roots of agriculture, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices and understanding the intricate relationship between the land and our food.

In addition to agricultural exploration, Trail Blazers presents the Adventure Overnight Camp, catering to a broad age range from grades 1 to 10. Set against the backdrop of a sprawling 1000-acre campsite, this program is an odyssey of learning and adventure. Participants sharpen their outdoor skills, delve into the principles of environmental science, and partake in exhilarating activities such as biking and canoeing. Trail Blazers, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to inclusivity and education.
