Regardless of category or ownership, all exhibitors — including those we may own or operate — participate solely in their role as exhibitors and are solely responsible for their own services, representations, policies, safety practices, programs, and business operations.

Our role as the event organizer is limited to:

• Providing exhibitor space
• Hosting informational camp fairs
• Offering online directory-style listings

We do not supervise, manage, or control the operations of exhibitors.

2. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Coast-to-Coast Camp Fairs does not endorse, recommend, vet, screen, or guarantee any exhibitor, including camps, programs, medical or dental providers, educational services, or any organization that may be owned or operated by us.

We do not:

• Verify licensing, accreditation, or compliance
• Evaluate safety protocols, hiring practices, or staff qualifications
• Confirm the accuracy or completeness of exhibitor-provided information
• Guarantee the quality, suitability, or results of any service or program

Families and attendees must conduct their own independent research, evaluations, and due diligence before enrolling in or engaging with any exhibitor.

3. Independent Relationships

Any relationship, agreement, enrollment, payment, or arrangement between an attendee and an exhibitor — including camps, medical or dental providers, tutors, enrichment programs, or other service providers — is solely between those two parties, even if the exhibitor is affiliated with, owned by, or operated by the organizers of Coast-to-Coast Camp Fairs.

Coast-to-Coast Camp Fairs is not responsible for:

• Payments, refunds, or billing disputes
• Safety, supervision, or professional oversight
• Staff conduct or professional performance
• Program delivery, quality, or schedule changes
• Cancellations or availability
• Injuries, incidents, or outcomes
• Misrepresentations or errors in exhibitor information

Each exhibitor, including those we may operate, is solely responsible for their own services and interactions with families.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our website or attending our events, you agree to:

• Conduct your own research before enrolling in any camp or service

• Supervise your children at all times during in-person events
